This Privacy Policy outlines Dapplication Tech Ltd (“we“, “our” or “the Company“) practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at dapplication.tech (“Site“), register or perform transactions (collectively: “Clients” or “you“). This Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Use and is incorporated therein by reference. We encourage Clients to carefully read the Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions. The protection of privacy and the safeguarding of Clients’ personal information are the Company’s responsibility and highest priority. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Out of respect to Clients right to privacy we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists.
Please note that even if you have unsubscribed from receiving marketing emails from us, we may send you other types of important e-mail communications without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. These may include customer service announcements or administrative notices.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Retention

The Company uses cookies to secure Clients’ activities and to enhance the performance of the dapplication.tech web site. Cookies used by the Company do not contain personal information or other sensitive information.

Your continued use of the Site or services, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
